Common questions
What devices work with Alync?
Currently WHOOP and Oura Ring. Both connect via official OAuth — we never ask for your device credentials. More devices are coming.
Does each partner need their own subscription?
No. One Alync Pair subscription covers both partners. You both get full access to the shared dashboard, AI insights, and all features.
What data is shared with my partner?
Only the metrics you choose to share. Every metric has an individual visibility toggle. You can hide any metric, pause all sharing temporarily, or control exactly what your partner sees.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes, entirely through the Stripe customer portal. No cancellation fees, no lock-in. You keep access until the end of your billing period.
What happens after the free trial?
Your trial lasts 14 days. No card is required to start. At the end of your trial, you can add a payment method to continue. Your data and insights are preserved.
Do both partners need to connect a device?
Yes — the insight is based on both people's data. If one partner hasn't connected a device, the dashboard shows your data only and insights won't generate until both are connected.
